He went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed perfectly and took the time to explain how the system works. He also made sure the area was clean and neat before leaving, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail and dedication to getting the job done right was impressive. Had a tricky install because we are in a rental but the owner, Jay, came out to explain our options to us. The technician who did the install, Andy, was very knowledgable and efficient. Great experience all around!

I researched several companies as well as their products for RO, water softeners, and whole home filtrations systems. Advanced Water Systems has top of the line products such as Clack, exemplary customer service, integrity, and knowledge. Jay, the owner, came out to go over what would work best for me. You can tell he is dedicated to high quality as well as being extremely knowledge and helpful. Mike answered my endless questions with expertise and patience. Peggy was also knowledgeable and friendly. Last but not least, Paul installed RO and water softener with whole house filtration system. He did excellent work, was super friendly, and even helped me move some items for the tanks as well as paused to answer a neighbor’s questions with aplomb. Paul went above and beyond. I am very pleased with Advanced Water Solutions.

Great customer service along with clean water. Andy came out to give us a quote and also did the installation. He was right on time both times, answered our long list of questions, and did a great job with installation. We couldn’t be happier.
